Their drive thru ATM machine is the worst! Don't go to the Russellton FC bank branch. Today, I went through the drive thru ATM. I put my card in and pressed the buttons for amount. It stated, "We are processing your requested." I waited and waited. There were no sounds coming from the machine like usual. My card came back out. I waited for the cash and receipt. Nothing! This bank is terrible. I've tried to use them to support a local business, but their customer service is consistently awful. Time to move my accounts.
Been with them for a lot of years. Never had any issues. The staff is first class and are always willing to help.
