I do not have an account at First Commonwealth, but the teller was kind enough to break two twenty-dollar bills for me. I had previously attempted to do the same at Family and Friends Credit Union, but they declined my request. Thank you for your kindness.
Absolutely terrible bank,I had my debit card canceled 4 times and absolutely no warning not a phone call or even a email I am going elsewhere
My dad banks there so went w/him when he needed to go threw drive thru & make a deposit.
1st Commonwealth Bank's downtown Massillon Branch is truly outstanding! They alerted us immediately to several $10 to $20 online purchases that...'just didn't fit us'. Within a 1/2 hour, our Angels at 1st Commonwealth had everything taken care of, as well as a new debit card on it's way to us. I can't say enough about this Bank!
