Lydia the Branch manager is by far the worst person to deal with in this branch. I am a business owner that has been invested with this bank for some time now. Since Lydia has taken over this branch as a manager I have had nothing but issues. The turnover rate for their good employees is astronomical and laughable. If you own a small business I highly suggest you find another bank. Me nor my company will ever give another cent to this awful bank. Called me while I was at work to ask if I want to come in and talk about some kind of account we schedule an appointment I show up a few minutes early and staff doesn't know what I'm talking about and then expect me to wait. Thanks for wasting my time. Next time you schedule an appointment be ready.
