I went in to cash a cashier's check that was wrote out from first commonwealth bank by their customer and they refused to cash it because I don't have a existing account with them. I'm not local to the area. But for a bank to not be able to cash their own check they are the underwriter of is absurd. I'm glad I'm not banking at this bank. The tellers was nice but the banking policy is a complete joke. I was told my driver's license could be fake as to why. The Bedford Office is excellent! The manager goes above and beyond each day. She is the best of the best and has a wonderful staff!
Bedford branch Recently withdrew $ Staff acted like it was coming from their own pockets instead of out of our account. But worst of all they were discussing my transaction with another customer before I got there and the football huddle broke up as I walked in the door. What happened to PRIVACY?? I seriously feel like shutting down both of our business accounts, and 3 personal accounts. 😪
Patricia sucks. She’s a manager or whatever, has a bad attitude and customer service is -5 stars. Power tripping or something; I am also sending a more detailed complaint to corporate. This comment does not apply to all of the employees at this branch.
