Misinformation and no clear expectations. I called Corporate and spoke with a Rep who when I asked if FCB could open a specific type of account, placed me on hold and told me that she checked and we should be able to proceed. I then go into the branch location to open account and they tell me they cannot open the account that day (a call previous to my appt setting these expectations would have been nice). Then I am told the account type must be reviewed, but again should be no problem. FCB already has several of these types... read more
Walked into this bank after spending hours at Wells Fargo and getting no help at all. This was the best bank experience I have ever had! Everyone was so welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. We will be closing all accounts at Wells Fargo and going here from now on. Thank you Pamela for everything you did for us!

Matt Smith (Commercial Lender) and his team are so awesome to work with. They are quick to get back with you and always there to help. It is truly small town relationship banking at it's best! My only complaint is that I didn't partner up with them sooner! ;)
