First commerce caused my credit score to go down by 60 points when I opened my account I told them I did not want overdraft protection they used overdraft protection to pay a fraudulent charge then closed my account and reported it to the credit bureau
Communication is notna strong point with this company.. I had issuse since april 30th 2024 and its not august 2024 not sure if its resovled. Manger was delaung with we had some email exchange then stopped replying. Trying tk talk about another possiable service they offered . Again no.follow thru.. i have called been told that i would get followed up with and nope.. this place must not want my business...
If I could give this place a Ten I would! Jasmine was friendly and a joy from the moment We meet her and Just as excited when we got the check for my babies first car!! Jasmine worked with us no matter how many times we showed up with different questions and even stayed late in order for us to close the deal. The manager over Jasmine was also very helpful and was constantly praising her employee. Best experience that We could have had!!
