I have been using this bank for a long time. My debit card is not suppose to expire till end of June when i went to talk to somebody at the bank, then i receive an email that my card is been denied, and this is the 2nd of June. When my rent is suppose to be due. My new debit card is forwarded to my old address, when i got my new card i try to call the bank to assist me as i can't activate my new card. The worst bank I have ever got a loan from. I went into the bank on a Tuesday and didn’t get approved till Friday still don’t know why it took so long. Apparently they don’t do actual business on the weekends and they don’t have a help line after hrs so don’t bother calling. I showed up at 09 Monday and haven’t left and it’s 12000. Still haven’t got the check also they don’t do wire transfers.
They extremely hard to process a payment with them. Not a good choice, find a better bank
