Went in to open a bank account. And asked to use the restroom and I was made feeling so stupid for asking and was told to go the the donkin donuts next door to use the restroom Did not open account there. Bad customer service….
Ive never had a lender scream at me every time he spoke. Guy needs to learn people skills. Worst bank ever. Loans take forever for terms to constantly change or some other issue. All there management needs to be fired. Why is no one ever in there bank? Just tellers. No one for loans. Or issues ect. Never using again. Ill take my 10million business elsewhere.
