Great customer service
They’ve always helped me out when I’ve needed them, I believe I’ve had my account with them for about 5 years now, got loan through them for a car and was set up within 15 minutes to sign the paperwork when I first started with their bank. Always helped me out immediately when I needed help with a new card or mobile banking. And they would call me as soon as possible if anything suspicious happened with my account. Best community bank in my opinion!

If shop online a lot, DO NOT use first commerce! I’ve had an account with first Commerce over 12 years. Tomorrow I’ll be closing my account. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue and needed to file a charge back for something, they’ve never once helped me. I just called due to a venmo issue and was told they “couldn’t do anything because it was my ATM card.” It was a DEBIT card! I’ll be going to Ascend since they actually back their customers.
