Was on hold three times until bank closed at 3pm. Then phone call was dropped. Two days later finally got in touch with an employee, ask a question about a transaction and they hung up. Just called back and have been on hold for 10 minutes.
Went in today to open a checking account very bad services. I really felt uncomfortable and I was basically kicked out of the bank with there excuse we don't feel comfortable opening a checking account for you. I was not asking for money. Money I have just wanted to open a basic checking account. Never experienced this from a bank and as a law enforcement officer from Texas never felt that small in my life. Good luck to them wish them the best I hope nobody goes though that bad experience.
