First Command is a joke. I have been with them since 1989. I had a great representative in Germany when I first began. Every other location has been pathetic. I get passed around from agent to agent. Since I have been in OKC, I have had at least 3 agents of which the last time I was never informed that it happened. All they seem to be interested in is taking my fees from me. This is why after 35 years I am moving my funds to another organization. If you are new, stay away--they do not care about you in the least.
I have used First Command for a number of years and everyone I've come into contact with from South Carolina, Texas, and Oklahoma have been friendly and treated me like I was family. Highly recommend to everyone.
