First Command will set you up with small insurance companies that do not provide as much coverage and have more strenuous acceptance policies. Also, if you have an allotment set with First Command in mypay, you aren't able to cancel it through mypay. I even called DFAS and was told that certain allotments require special permission to cancel. I am now waiting to hear back form my financial advisor (Karen Twitty) to close my account. Poor business conducted by Dave Bonney, Ahtum Cleveland, and Karen Twitty. Staff members (including all of the above mentioned) drink on the job and mishandle private/sensitive client information. Very fortunate that I did not give my money to them.
