Great job to Mark Steffe and the leadership team to a woeful approach to return the office. I’m glad that the c-suites decided to make home life harder for everyone. I didn’t want to see my family anyway.
25 years banking and investing with First Command and I am done. Transferred $1000.00 from my Checking to pay my VISA card balance. The money showed as "pending" for several days, and now it has been withdrawn from my Checking and never credited to VISA and has disappeared. I was asked by the incompetent representative to " be patient, there were two major holidays, it takes ten days". Really?! major holidays effect EFTs?!, never had a transfer take more than 24 hours to credit. Have sent multiple messages to the Bank and go... read more

Case in point. I leave a scathing review on my local FC advisor. The very next day, corporate replies with contact our Quality Management office. First. I STILL have not heard anything about my new advisor request. Second; the number HQ provided is a generic number and I can’t get any member of FC to provide me an extension to the QM section. Third; I had to contact the insurance companies directly to help me fill out the forms properly so that I can get ahold of MY funds. All my FC advisor would have to do is call up my acc... read more
