After reviewing my statements, trade confirmations, and insurance documents in detail, I came away feeling that my accounts had been structured in a way that consistently worked against my best financial interests. 25 years banking and investing with First Command and I am done. Transferred $1000.00 from my Checking to pay my VISA card balance. The money showed as "pending" for several days, and now it has been withdrawn from my Checking and never credited to VISA and has disappeared. I was asked by the incompetent representative to " be patient, there were two major holidays, it takes ten days". Really?! major holidays effect EFTs?!, never had a transfer take more than 24 hours to credit. Have sent multiple messages to the Bank and go... read more
