When my father died, the advisor Eric in Evans, GA was wonderful. When my mom passed in Powder Springs, we thought it would be a great experience to work with them again. I was mistaken. I and my siblings are very frustrated with the responses we've received from James. It takes him a long time to answer vm and emails (if he does at all) and when he does, he apologizes because he's been on vacation, out of the country, always has some excuse.
