WORST BANK EVER!!! We started with FCB over 20 years ago and they were great in the beginning. However with technology and scammers it has become progressively worse. Our account has been hacked so much that we lost count. In the past, they corrected the situation immediately. Now it takes 7 to 10 business days to get a card to your account once it is blocked and shut off. You have to call and dispute the charges which takes 15 days to get an answer. At 5AM I got a text asking me if I approved a charge...well I didn't answer... read more
Trying to tie up loose ends after my mom's passing, all of the plans made prior, to sign documents digitally were taken off the table when I didn't want to keep accounts open. This company has been difficult to deal with, and I do not trust anything they tell me. I'm not sure why anyone would trust a word they say. If someone can file taxes or buy a car online, this process should be no different. It's 2023, not the 1950's.
