EDIT: One of the advisors called and apologized and I appreciated his apology. It took a lot for him to do that and I respect him greatly for it. The advisor who purposefully made it difficult for me to withdrawal my investments with First Command has not. The company says they put their clients interests first, but the opposite could not have been more true with this advisor. — I worked with four First Command advisors over the course of about 8 years at this location.
