This Bank used to be good when it was Farmers first Columbia Bank or whatever but now that journey took over this place is an absolute joke. There is no customer service whatsoever, Karen who I spoke to today yes her name was Karen I'm not just being a smart aleck, she had no customer service skills whatsoever very cold and did not want to help me she ended up helping me and I'll give her credit there but she definitely made it very clear that I was an inconvenience to her day.
