We’ve had a wonderful experience with First Colony Montessori School. Both of our children have attended. One has moved on, and the other is still enrolled. First Colony Montessori South has been such a blessing to our family. I first searched for a daycare for my baby when I was 8 months pregnant. I heard so many horror stories about all of the things that could go wrong, so as a first-time mom I did my research. We toured this facility twice. After also touring about 5 other daycares, in the area, First Colony Montessori South was the only place that checked all of my boxes.... from having cameras in the rooms, to being reasonably priced considering the cost of other daycares ... read more

I enjoy bring Brenten to school love his teachers, Ms. Jerae and Ms. Jenelle its another teacher he loves too. He love playing with his classmate. He have a lot fun.

This school has been life-changing for my family! I was looking for a place that treated every child like family and was a loving community with a passion for learning. Both my 18 month old and 3 year-old love this place so much! The teachers are all so sweet and I feel like the kids are always learning new things. The other families are also very sweet and open to starting new friendships even outside of school.

We’ve loved watching our littles grow at First Colony Montessori South. Laura, the director, is very passionate about early education and it shows in the curriculum and culture. It’s a small but mighty team! We appreciate the in-depth updates and pictures thru the app. My little loves her teachers. When toddlers are sponges soaking up and copying everything they see, I feel it’s important to be around adults who model kind behavior and foster independence. Her core teachers are the best!
