Recieved a call from someone who works there and left a voice mail claiming they are from the FBI and her name is Diana Smith. So that's what we are allowed to do now. Is lie about where you work and your title. Well thank you I have kept the voice mail. So if you was trying to collect a debt from me please take me to court so I can play the voice mail of you giving false information on who you are!!

Only received 1 star as zero is not an option. I received a voicemail from “Addy”. This message was for my son (whom is an disabled adult of which I am his legal guardian). Once I returned her call And told her who I was she said needed my court papers before she could discuss anything with me. I told her that is private information and that all his doctors and hospitals already has that documentation.
