Disorganized, unprofessional and unapologetically arrogant is how I found most of the employees. I ordered a SubZero refrigerator from them after paying the $100 pre-inspection fee. After the "professional" came out to pre-inspect and measure we discovered that the refrigerator I was assured from this pre-inspection would fit-in fact would not.
