Road Ranger was entering I95 north from Pecan Park rd. at 45 mph at approximately 4:15 pm. This caused traffic behind him to brake hard as we were accelerating to enter with the flow of traffic of Interstate. Not realizing any of this is happening due to larger vehicles of us. I understand keeping a safe distance is my responsibility, but this is uncalled for.

Road ranger would not help with getting gas or jumping car that was stranded in the middle of the 295. Offered to pay him to get the gas and he refused. Around 9:00 last night. Thankfully a tow truck drove by that was willing to help me free of charge. I am not understanding how the website offers "minor repairs", car jumps and gas help and the man who arrived to help last night refused ANY AND ALL HELP. Even after my boyfriend offered to pay him to just get the gas and bring it back. Awful.
