Cat is the most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with. She has a total lack of communication and customer service skills. She is one sided,and fails to read or do any research of her own. Michelle Carn was our mortgage broker and i would recommend her a million percent. She was always quick to answer and was never condescending when answering the littlest of questions. She was very clear on what needed to get done and when it needed to get done.
