Took the time to explain all aspects of the portfolio so that we could understand. Answered any questions we had and took the time to listen to concerns and was able to give examples of different situations.

I felt comfortable and liked that they took time with me as if I had millions of dollars (I don't!). Many financial companies act like the everyday Joe has 1.7 million dollars to rollover for their retirement! They sat with me, explained my retirement "buckets" and explained my current financial position and my future financial position. I highly recommend them if you need "hand holding" like I did.
