Background: we had a fire that destroyed our garage in mid-May. Four weeks later Mr Damico turned up unannounced at our development telling the guard gate that he was an insurance adjuster. Right now the house is uninhabitable. I don’t know why he the has the right to turn up without notice? We were in the area and he was still at the house.
