Very unprofessional, was not on time for our apts, does not answer phone calls, did not provide a refund (did not even file) and agreed to do so after months of me continuously calling and inquiring for a tracking number that she never provided. I actually had to pay another company to actually file. Please save yourself the headache don't let her steal your money and go elsewhere. I have not received a copy to show an amendment was filed. Trimone and her staff are wonderful! I have used her service for the past few years and they definitely live up to their name, First Class. They have been able to find more money for a tax refund than anyone else I have ever used and she did it quickly. With their secure online terminal I never had to leave my house. Id give them 0 stars if I could. I paid her over $400 for a tax service in April. After about a month, the IRS still had no record of it. I asked her if she was sure they received it and if it was sent certified and she assured the same. After another month, I finally asked her for a tracking number. She said she was "looking for it" but the office was packed up for the season. She finally said her "employee" sent them incorrectly and it was returned to her but she'll refund me half of what I paid and still send it the follo... read more
