Told to undress to comfort level, kept my underwear on. Then this dude tries to take my underwear off! Got the hell out of there. Crazy unprofessional and violating. Their excuse was "He doesn't speak English" Wtffff
I came in with my kids and was hoping for a calm and welcoming experience. The massage itself was nice, but the front desk felt a bit rushed and impatient, which made it harder to relax. I think especially when families with children come in, it helps so much to bring a little extra warmth and patience. A more relaxed, caring atmosphere at the front desk would really make the whole experience feel complete. I was not even in pain before my massage now im in extreme pain with my neck and shoulder throbbing. Workers are not professional and laugh during the massage. Not even sure if they are licensed. Stay away from these places. 6 days later and I have headaches and I never get headaches!
Clean, friendly environment with excellent therapists! Very affordable with ability to schedule same day service. Highly recommend!
