I declined extra packaging, they added $900 additional fees , took off $500 worth of bogus fees and acted like they did me a favor 😒. I am disabled on a fixed income. They literally begged for my business then added fees I told them I could not afford. I paid a $500 booking estimate fee thinking this covered incidentals, but it too was a bogus fee. Gave one star due to the fact they they overbooked and ended up backing out on us 3 days before we closed on an house and needed to move. They referred us to a “moving company” that would supposedly take care of us. New refered company, that consisted of two kids, a rented U-Haul and a large box trailer, took 15 hour to move us (they charged hourly) and we did all outside/storage stuff. I can not recommend First Class Moving or Upright Moving.
