Today I had an appointment at First Class hearing and I was super impressed with the whole service. Especially Gloria the audiologist what a beautifully kind person who cares about her patients. She spent a lot of time explaining in detail the process step by step about what I needed to know. I am 80 years old and have dealt with many many audiologist over the years ( good and bad) so I can attest to the fact that you will not find a better, more comprehensive, thorough and caring audiologist Gloria and her staff. Gloria!!! You are absolutely amazing!! So to everyone who needs to know about this hearing aid office…. The first day Gloria spent a couple of hours with my mom (and me) to explain about the different kinds of hearing aids. My mom had a hearing test, tried on different hearing aids, the charging ones work better for my mom so she doesn’t need to deal with tiny batteries, checked out the different colors to blend with her hair, then learned how to use different functions, some are simpler than others.
