Completely unprofessional, would not do business with them again. Purchasing products from vendor and not paying for the merchandise is not a good sign.

Today I had an appointment at First Class hearing and I was super impressed with the whole service. Especially Gloria the audiologist what a beautifully kind person who cares about her patients. She spent a lot of time explaining in detail the process step by step about what I needed to know. I am 80 years old and have dealt with many many audiologist over the years ( good and bad) so I can attest to the fact that you will not find a better, more comprehensive, thorough and caring audiologist Gloria and her staff.
