We retained this attorney and paid $25,000 for the formation of a charitable organization. After payment, communication essentially stopped. I was explaining my situation to a paralegal and before I could explain the whole situation she said we can't help you and hung up on me, I called back and she said I have other calls, that doesn't mean you should hang up on someone that is talking.
Mr Andrew Davis completed a New Trust for my Sister and added me as Exectuor of her Trust. He also created a document that gives me Legal rights so I can access my Sisters money for her daily care and Medical needs as they occur in the futher. Mr Davis was very understanding while talking to my Sister and I on several issues going in her New Trust.
