In Oct '23, I took out a car loan at First Class CU. During the course of the loan, the CU made errors (all were interest related). I understand that we make mistakes - humans are fallible. However getting staff at the CU to return phone calls was near impossible, and getting them to take action to correct their mistakes was nearly as challenging.
