This financial institution appears to be a little shady. I recently requested a named change as I got married. Congratulations to me; I did send in the necessary documents, marriage certificate i.e. updated drivers license. I was contacted three times by three different representatives requesting the same information this place definitely lacks communication. The scary part is I requested a new debit card with the new updated last name. Received five different debit cards none of them match the number provided on the online ... read more
