I used atm to withdraw 100.00. I received a one hundred dollar bill because I forgot to ask for 20s. I went inside two employees was waiting one customer. I waited awhile when another employee showed up to help me. I told her what happened and she said, "without a receipt I can't help you. And since you are not a customer I can not help you either. I'm truly disappointed in the customer service with first city credit union. I had a representative leave me on hold for 38:52 second waiting on a manager, and the representative did not check back every 2-3 minutes to let me know they were still waiting on management, when he finally came back to the line he forwarded me to voice mail. It's so difficult to get through to a human. Customer service is not their cup a tea.
2 car loans paid through First City Credit Union. I am an essential federal employee and called at the very beginning of the government shutdown to inform First City that I wouldn’t be getting paid for as long as the government was down. I was told “we will proceed with whatever means necessary if you fail to make a payment”. SMH. 🤦♀️
