BEWARE!!! I bought a car several years back which was financed with First City Credit Union. During the term of the loan I had fallen behind at one point. Be careful to never do this. If you ever have to talk to any of their staff that handles late payments, be prepared to become very agitated with their disrespectful attitude. They pissed me off so bad I pulled savings from an IRA and payed off the car so I didn't have to deal with this Bank ever again. They have no appreciation for their customers. She has been professional, very friendly, helpful, looks out for our best interest, makes financial recommendations, easy to talk to, attentive and other qualities we don't think are common with other bankers. Ms. Jimenez has provided that stability rather than having to deal with a new person every so often.
