Good bank with good people. They have helped me get my business going and I appreciate their understanding on what I need.
It doesn't matter how many times you opt out of overdraft protection, even in writing with your signature, they will allow overdrafts so they can charge you their ridiculous fees for covering it.
Same teller has put my business deposit into my personal account 3 times now, even with extra notes. I can't purchase a .99 pack on a phone game without a security alert but our entire business account was able to be emptied with $1000's of purchases from Spectrum accounts all over the Country with no alerts. We've waited weeks for their Mortgage lender to reach out to us regarding a new home purchase.
