They suck. They let PayPal charge my savings $8,000 in 1 day and didn't think that was strange. If they don't give my money back I will sue

Verey disappointed with my experience and ended up going to a different bank. On three separate occasions they accidentally withdrew and deposited money that was actually supposed to done to a different account, call backs take days and overall the customer service has been poor. I would not have gotten a home loan though them if I knew it would be like this, hope this helps someone in the future.
