I have been a member of this bank for about 20 years. I have always had a passbook savings account. Apparently on July 1,2020 THE BANK made a mistake. As told to me their computer read one of my checks wrong and dispersed $800.00. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE $800.00 however they went into my personal passbook savings account WITHOUT calling me (I have 2 different phone numbers) WITHOUT texting me, WITHOUT emailing me or ANY OTHER FORM OF CONTACTING me and stole $800.00 out of my account to make up for THEIR mistake.
