I've been going here and only here as long as i've been banking and its always been amazing service. I refuse to even go to other banks or credit unions because i love the people so much. They're very quick and good at their jobs, they can get you in and out in a breeze if you're in a rush, and adversely they love to chat so long as its not busy. Total sweethearts, all of them. I have been with first citizen since I was 18 and over the years I have nothing short of amazing service. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I actually look forward to going to the bank because they have such great customer service. Anytime I ever needed anything whether it was information or advice, it was always an easy transition. I was depositing a check into my savings account and the teller said very loudly "Good, since you only have (she announced how much I have in my savings currently)" This was very embarrassing and unprofessional. Honestly I never want to step into this branch again because of this. That woman needs to be fired.
