Great customer service!! Best banking experience around.
Stood outside the door at 357pm on a Tuesday after rushing to get there. Door was ALREADY LOCKED. Saw a car in drive through so went behind them. Manager helps them then pulls the closed shade down. Finally pulls it back up (now it's 401pm) and says 'I've already shut all the stations down, we close at 4pm'. I WAS AT THE DOOR BEFORE 4PM AND IT WAS ALREADY LOCKED 🔒! FRUSTRATING AS I WAS TRYING TO DEPOSIT A 10K CHECK! I definitely don't think this manager should work at FCFCU. Awful representation.
Refused a veteran access to his funds where he is now on the verge of being homeless. Accused his children of fraud for helping him pay his rent. Put us through hell for over an hour just to agree to it later after so much stress. My poor dad has enough problems than to be treated like this.All because one of the clerks was having a bad day.
