Terrible customer service lady in the fraud department barely spoke English when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and then hung up on. Was given the wrong information
They robbed me of over 3k in overdraft fees in a year. I realized they were putting through (processing) the transactions in the order to benefit them and trigger a overdraft fee. This seems highly illegal to me. It took me 3k in fees to realize what was going on before I closed my account. Never again!
I went there a few weeks ago(the branch in Hyannis on road 28th ) The guy working there it was very rude and unknoledge . I was there with a 5 years old kid, and before I left, I asked to use the restroome, and he refused ! I am so happy I didn't become a member of that place ! This is the first time I am posting a negative review!
