Called multiple times, refuses to answer the phone.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. This is the sorriest bank I have ever banked with. I had my account set up with no overdraft and it still overdrafted. They'll say you have more money in your account than what you have then when you spend it they take it out and it ends up putting your account in the negative. I want a bank that cares and keeps up with my money and knows what I have in my account. I'll put $200 in and they say there's only $60 in. You never know what you have.
