Love this branch! Sorry it’s closing!
I needed to do wire. Apparently I had my previous address on account and it didn’t match one I have in my driver license. They refused to update my info ( according to my legit valid ID) and refused to do wire. They also refused to give me cash from my account, telling me that they don’t know me personally, they see me first time and ……… they don’t feel comfortable to give me MY MONEY. To me it’s insane !!!! I travel a lot, I use several banks . I’m not trying to make friends and I don’t want to know bank workers personally!... read more

Yikes. Horrible.
slow would be an understatement. nearly 20 min for 1.deposit and no one in front of me. please put sign on door saying lobby closed. never again.
