Very unprofessional they made a mistake cost me money it would not stand behind it
I’ve been with this bank for more than 20 years. Great people and many great experiences!
Original teller was great in person but the “promise” wasn’t fulfilled. Went in to get information that I needed immediately and they sat on it for hours. Had several problems with this bank and the common answer I have received is “there is nothing we can do”. Closing the account asap
