First citizens as an organization is pretty bad. Unnecessary charges and crazy long wait times. At the Clemson branch much of the staff is nice but the silver haired female teller is a jerk
Very helpful customer service. A young man (Ian?) walked us through some challenges with setting up accounts for recently arrived citizens. He stayed late, gave us options and explained things so we were clear on our choices. We had to use the ATM outside and I was surprised to find the only one available was in the drive up lane. It felt a little dangerous for us to stand there while working on the machine.
This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life and I will have all of my accounts removed along with my family's accounts moved to truist. The guy with glasses is the worst employee ever and has the most negative attitude I've ever seen. He should be fired for talking to people the way he does.
