I contacted First Citizens Bank to open a checking account and was asked by Victor M. Monteiro to send my information. After days with no response, I reached out to Steve Lama, who asked for the same information again. More days passed with no update. When I followed up, I learned my personal information had been shared with different staff without my knowledge. Very disappointing service and no respect for privacy.
