If you live in the modern era of computers and e signatures this is not the bank for you. You gotta waste hours of your day to sign a piece of paper to change minor things with your account. Branch is really nice and clean tho.
Have been working with FCB for almost 5 years. Our company trusts them with our treasury, commercial lending, CDs, etc. They have always been very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I was highly skeptical of changing banks when we first discussed it, but I've been pleased with their service and their employees. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone's business banking needs!
I don't usually leave reviews but, there seems to be some false reviews about this bank. I have been doing Small business banking with them for a couple years now and they have been a crucial tool to help grow my business! When other banks passed over my business because it was to new, First Citizens Bank stepped up to the task and excelled far past my expectations. ( I think people are confusing them with First Citizens Credit Union) Not the same FYI.
