If you live in the modern era of computers and e signatures this is not the bank for you. You gotta waste hours of your day to sign a piece of paper to change minor things with your account. Branch is really nice and clean tho.
Have been working with FCB for almost 5 years. Our company trusts them with our treasury, commercial lending, CDs, etc. They have always been very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I was highly skeptical of changing banks when we first discussed it, but I've been pleased with their service and their employees.
