Im traveling from Kansas City and had to re deposit a check. Cristina went above and beyond to make sure i had every option and was taken care of completely. I truly appreciate the time she took to listen and understand me while i was dealing with a difficult time and circumstance. We need more of this in the world thank you so much I will also note this is my first experience at a first citizens bank branch since BMO bank locations in the Midwest sold out to first citizens. Looking forward to more interactions
