Worst service I ever received from a financial institution. Was greeted with poor customer service from Lupe whom is was working at main counter. Then she deposited my funds into the wrong account and was so nonchalant about it. The next day I come back to make a withdrawal they tell me she didn’t put an order in for the money and they don’t have it available which was told to me by Teria the clerk working the drive thru window which she had a terrible attitude also. This place is slow, there is one teller who is nice and caring. This location should close as it is slow, uncaring and you are just a number. With the amount of competition (over 6 banks) within 2 blocks, thos place should have outstanding customer service and it doesnt. As soon as the lead teller retired a few years ago, it has gone down hill. It is difficult to get in and exit.
