Setting up an account for a non-profit was a cinch at this location with Anthony Jacobs Jr. The team at this bank was very welcoming and genuine in person.
Set up a HELOC and they won’t give us any of the funds. None. Zero. They are saying the signature on the account doesn’t match which is impossible. And now all funds are locked. A complete joke. We even went to the branch an hour away with all forms of ID which verifies who we are. Just close the account at this point. I’m done fighting with you.
