Excellent branch. Professional, polite and efficient. What more could you ask for.
The bank doors were open when I walked in at 5:01. The clerk was going to help me when the manager came out saying they are closed and can’t help me. I told her the doors were open and if she was really sorry she would help me since she is in a position to make that call. Nope she didn’t help me. She doesn’t care. She’s not sorry. Avoid this bank if you can. Unfortunate this is my employer’s bank and the quickest, usually, way to cash my payroll since my complete doesn’t offer direct deposit. Terrible. Terrible customer service and not friendly to online businesses and seemingly have other discriminatory practices. I was immediately looked up on with suspicion for trying to open a simple business checking account, even though I've successfully operated my business for 15 yrs. Sylvia was very difficult to deal with. Avoid.
