Went to the branch and had very bad experience with Magdalena Maggie Rastian very rude unprofessional and with attitude. Will never go back to that branch . Especially to her.. I hope the management will see this.

Terrible customer service and not friendly to online businesses and seemingly have other discriminatory practices. I was immediately looked up on with suspicion for trying to open a simple business checking account, even though I've successfully operated my business for 15 yrs. Sylvia was very difficult to deal with. Avoid.

I have several accounts at the Glendale branch and have been given first class service. My banking agent, Patrick, has always been very responsive. He set me up with a credit line for overdraft without me asking so never a bounced check. They facilitated my company's PPP loan. They have been very helpful. So far, way better than B of A or Wells. I've also had some issues with Chase but generally Chase was good. I have accounts at all of them but nothing beats the small bank attitude!
