Horrific experience with mortgage department. Unable to reach loan officer on multiple occasions. Almost had to pursue legal action due to loan officer missing our appraisal contingency deadline. Financing & closing dates had to be pushed back due to lack of coordination and communication. Almost cost us tens of thousands of dollars.
