Horrible customer service. They make mistakes and they don’t want to correct their own mistake. Branch manager Ms. Mahalati is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. She talks with such hate toward Jewish Customers. She asked me to close my accounts and go to another bank. I will report her antisemitism attitude and negative talk to the corporate office. Do not stay with this bank. We all need to go to a bank that knows how to respect clients and don’t judge anyone based on race or religion. Horrible experience.

This the most wonderful bank with incredible, warm service. I just love them and my company has been with them years. They go to extremes to help us, and they always have.
The worst bank I've ever been too, hours are arbitrary and they take forever to do the simplest of things. Was a customer here for over 20 years but to be honest thats because I'm lazy. Do yourself a favor and go to a real bank
